- Standard Delivery: 1-2 hours

Order processing steps:
- Order confirmation: You will receive confirmation via SMS/Email
- Order preparation: Items are picked and packed
- Quality check: All items are checked before dispatch
- Dispatch: Order is assigned to delivery partner
- In transit: You can track your order in real-time
- Delivery: Order is delivered to your address
6. Delivery Tracking
Track your order:
- Real-time tracking available in "My Orders" section
- Receive SMS/Email updates at each stage
- Track delivery partner location (when available)
- Estimated delivery time displayed in app
- Contact delivery partner directly if needed
7. Delivery Instructions
To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide accurate and complete delivery address
- Include landmarks or directions if needed
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order
- Provide correct contact number
- Keep your phone accessible for delivery calls
- For apartment buildings, provide floor and flat number
8. Delivery Attempts
Delivery attempts:
- We make up to 2 delivery attempts
- If delivery fails, we will contact you
- You can reschedule delivery within 24 hours
- After 2 failed attempts, order may be cancelled
- Refund will be processed if order is cancelled due to failed delivery
9. Delivery Verification
Upon delivery:
- Please verify the order before accepting
- Check items for damage or missing products
- Verify quantity matches your order
- Report any issues immediately
- Sign/confirm delivery in the app
- Keep the delivery receipt for reference
10. Special Handling
Special delivery requirements:
- Perishable items: Delivered with ice packs if needed
- Fragile items: Extra packaging for protection
- Large items: May require additional handling time
- Temperature-sensitive items: Special handling maintained
- Contact us for special delivery requirements
11. Delivery Delays
In case of delivery delays:
- We will notify you of any delays
- Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road conditions
- High order volume
- Product unavailability
- We will keep you updated on delivery status
- Compensation may be offered for significant delays
12. Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be undeliverable if:
- Address is incorrect or incomplete
- Recipient is not available after multiple attempts
- Address is outside service area
- Access restrictions at delivery location
- Safety concerns at delivery location
We will contact you to resolve the issue or process a refund.
