How to Delete Your Account

📱 Method 1: Delete from Mobile App (Recommended)

If you have the VillageMart app installed, you can delete your account directly from the app:

Open the VillageMart App

Launch the app on your mobile device

Go to Profile

Tap on your profile icon in the app

Find Delete Account

Scroll to "Account Settings" → "Delete Account" section

Confirm Deletion

Follow the prompts and type "DELETE" to confirm

📧 Method 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Send an email to villagemartsupport@gmail.com with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request"

Include the following information in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your registered phone number
  • Reason for account deletion (optional)
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
